If you suffer from neck pain, it can be rolled up and used as a neck rest. It can be wrapped around aching limbs, or positioned in your chair or bed to target other aches and pains. If seated for extended periods while working, driving, or confined to a wheelchair, it can be very beneficial as a lap blanket or comfort cushion. This product can also be put inside a pillowcase or used as a pillow overlay, and overall, can prove quite effective in promoting general relaxation.
